How quickly can you come out?

Most families are seen the same week they call — and often the same day. We keep our schedule flexible because we know this isn't the kind of thing that can wait.

Are your treatments really all-natural?

Yes. Every product we use is non-toxic and family-safe — no pesticides, no harsh chemicals. We've refined our approach over two decades and it works. For sensitive scalps, young children, and anyone uncomfortable with traditional chemical treatments, our method is a gentler, equally effective alternative.

Will one visit be enough?

In most cases, yes. Our treatment is thorough and complete. We also include a complimentary follow-up head check to confirm full clearance, so you're not left wondering.

How long does a treatment take?

Treatment time depends on hair length, thickness, and the extent of the infestation — typically between one and three hours per person. We'll give you a realistic estimate when you book.

Do I need to clean my whole house?

Not the way you might think. We'll give you a simple, practical list of what actually matters (bedding, recently-worn clothes, hairbrushes) and what doesn't. The myth of deep-cleaning your entire home is mostly unnecessary — we'll walk you through it.

What areas do you serve?

We serve New Jersey statewide. There's no travel fee for most service areas; for longer distances, a small fee may apply and we'll always disclose it upfront before your appointment.

Can you come to a school or summer camp?

Absolutely — it's one of our main services. We work with schools, camps, and daycares across New Jersey on both preventative seasonal screenings and rapid outbreak response. Group rates start at $3–$5 per student. Request a quote here.

Will my insurance cover it?

Lice removal is typically not covered by health insurance. However, some HSA/FSA accounts will reimburse you — we're happy to provide an itemized receipt.

Is this really confidential?

Always. We arrive discreetly, work quietly, and never discuss your family's situation outside your household. Discretion is a core part of how we work — not an afterthought.

What if I just want to know if my child has lice?

That's exactly what our head check service is for. For $25–$35 (depending on hair length), we'll do a thorough inspection and give you a clear answer — one way or the other — along with next steps if needed.
